Using 2- and 5-axis CO₂ lasers, we cut heavy or thin metal plates and pipes at tight tolerances of +/- 0.005". Operating at 4000 W, these high power lasers also cut non-metals such as acrylic, paper, plastic, and wood. Architectural ornaments, signs, tubing, and a variety of other products are laser-cut at our facility.

Both flying optics and hybrid CO₂ lasers are used for laser cutting. These machines accommodate parts with thicknesses ranging from 0.005” to 0.750”. We laser-cut parts widely used in the aerospace, automotive, and electronics industries. Our CO₂ laser cutting operations comply with stringent AMS and Mil-Spec standards
